Learn EFT

While other energy based healing modalities require one to reach a certain energy state before healing is possible, EFT does not. You can use it and immediately obtain results.  Its efficacy depends on understanding how it works and consistent, accurate application.

EXAMPLE WITH CLASICAL EFT : Tapping away a headache or migraine
How often have we reached out for a bottle of pain killers to relieve a headache, yet EFT may remove it faster than the drug can take effect. Again physical issues can be the cause and the reader is advised to seek medical advice. Never stop your prescription medication without a doctor’s advice.

Step 1:            Ask yourself where exactly your headache is located and describe it, such as “this throbbing pain in my left temple”.
Step 2:            Get a baseline by estimating the discomfort on a scale of 1-10 (10 being most intense).
Step 3:            Repeat these words three times while tapping on the karate chop point (reference the picture). “Even though I have this throbbing pain on my left temple, I accept this and myself.”
Step 4:            Tap on the sequence of EFT tapping points shown in the diagram at least times each while repeating the reminder phrase “this throbbing pain on my left temple”.
Step 5:             Assess the discomfort again on a scale of 1-10 to see if it has reduced in intensity, tone or even moved to a different location.
Step 6:             Repeat steps 3-5 but this time change the reminder phrase to reflect any changes such as new tone or location: “this remaining ____ pain in the _______ part of my head”.
Step 7:             Estimate the discomfort again. Repeat until the pain is all gone.
